Sukhman Sekhon, MScPT

Sukhman's passion for physiotherapy started after her own athletic injuries, where she worked closely with a physiotherapist to recover from a knee surgery. She completed her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster and this past year, Sukhman completed her Level 1 certification in NeuroKinetic Therapy, a cutting edge practice that helps to address dysfunctional movement patterns to regain movement, improve function, and reduce pain. Sukhman takes a holistic approach when treating her patients, considering the patient as a whole when assessing and treating.
Amanda Quek, MScPT

Amanda received her Master's of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto and completed a Honours Bachelors of Kinesiology degree at McMaster University. Amanda has been highly involved in fitness and rehabilitation throughout her life. Amanda continues to develop her clinical abilities through continuing education in areas such as vestibular and concussion rehabilitation as well as various manual therapy approaches (ie. Mckenzie, Mulligan). Now, Amanda uses her combined athletic and clinical expertise to guide patients of all ages and abilities through their recovery. Kevin Zhu earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Bio-Medical Sciences at the University of Guelph, where he also pursued a specialized program in Human Anatomy. His approach centers around manual therapy, muscle testing, and therapeutic exercise, with the goal of helping patients regain their ability to enjoy the activities they love. Kevin also holds a certificate in Muscle Power Training for Seniors from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. His work in long-term care and acute geriatric hospital settings has given him a wealth of experience with older adults that encompasses a broad range of orthopaedic conditions.
